Some issues obviously can't be fixed at the shop, like the Wi-Fi© not working or passers-by are using your Wi-Fi©. If this is the case then we can normally have somebody out to you on the same day (Mon-Sat) to fix the problem.

We specialise in configuring your home network to be child safe so you can monitor what they view online and we can even set it up so they can only access certain sites at certain times of the day. No more avoiding homework!
