Ad-hoc

These are normally preferred by the home office/ self-employed user, who just needs support every now and again at a suitable time.

A monthly/bi-monthly plan

Companies with 3 or more computers usually like an onsite presence for a few hours to a few days every month or so, keeping the computers and servers in tip-top condition and up to date. This works alongside a telephone support contract which keeps you in contact with us whenever you need us during business hours.
